Costs for delivery and shipping
We want buying at BUS-ok.de to be as easy as possible for you.
That is why we have endeavoured to keep our terms of delivery and shipping brief, clear and well-arranged.
Note to our costumers in the UK:
Due to nebulous customs and shipping regulations from january 1, 2021 we will no longer ship to the UK.
Customers from Northern-Ireland are not affected by this .
1 Payment methods
1.1 For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment methods unless otherwise indicated in the respective product presentation in the shop:

2 Delivery
2.1 Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by either the German postal service Deutsche Post or DPD.
2.2 We ship to these countries:
The shipping costs due in each case are specified in Items 3.1 and 3.3.
3 Shipping costs
3.1
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the goods, which is indicated
separately in the product description.
Orders weighing 0 to 5 kg = 6.90 Euros
Orders weighing 5.1 to 15 kg = 7.90 Euros Orders weighing 15.1 to 31.5kg = 9.90 Euros
When shipping to German islands, we charge an island surcharge of 10.00
Euros.
Shipping to Germany via a shipping agent 75.00 Euros (not to islands) Shipping of bulky goods to Germany 19.90 Euros (not to islands)
We do not offer shipping of bulky goods or shipping via a shipping agent to German islands.
3.2 Please note that international deliveries incur additional taxes (for example in an intra-Community acquisition transaction) and/or duties, such as in the form of customs duties, which must be borne by you.

4 Delivery times
4.1 Delivery within Germany takes 1-3 working days. No deliveries are made on (Saturdays,) Sundays or public holidays. On the rare occasion that an article is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the product page.
4.2 International delivery takes 4-7 working days. No deliveries are made on (Saturdays,) Sundays or public holidays. 5 How the delivery time is calculated
In the case of payment in advance the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the financial institution making the transfer or, if other payment methods are used, on the day after the contract is concluded; the delivery period ends when the last day of the delivery period has elapsed. If the last day of the delivery period is a Saturday, Sunday or a recognised public holiday at the place of delivery, this day will be superseded by the next working day.
