A surcharge is a refundable deposit which is charged in ADDITION to the original cost of the unit. When the customers old core unit is returned, at their cost*, it is checked for servicability and if found to be serviceable the deposit is refunded to the original purchasers credit/debit card.
For this part you must pay a deposit fee. You will get it back, when you send us
the old part in exchance.
