When the customers old core unit is returned, at their cost*, it is checked for servicability and if found to be serviceable the deposit is refunded to the original purchasers credit/debit card. It is a necessary process to ensure future generations have a cost effective source of replacement parts for their vehicles.
For this part you must pay a deposit fee. You will get it back, when you send us the old part in exchance.
