A small component with an important job: This blanking cap fits onto the unused return connection of the final diesel injector. It seals the end of the injector leak-off system and prevents diesel fuel from escaping.
Over time, the original rubber cap may become hard, brittle or cracked. Diesel around the injectors, a noticeable fuel smell or visible dampness can indicate a damaged cap or deteriorated injector return hoses.
This Febi Bilstein cap is suitable as a replacement for various diesel engines used in the VW T25 and T4. Its compact design allows it to be pushed directly onto the designated injector return connection.
